I know this is an old thread but the resolution to missing babies is to move your family out using edit town, then move them back in again. The baby will reappear and you'll be able to interact with them again.
@tsunamimom hi! I’m having the same problem and it’s annoying. I’ve tried this and a whole lot of other possible solutions to no avail. do you by any chance have other solutions that I can try?
