Missing DLCs - Katy Perry

Have you been able to play the Collector's Edition previously on this account, or has it never been available for you in-game?

Did you at any point have an account merge, or when exactly was this content no longer available for you in-game?

I never did account merge.

I played Sims3 mainly around from 2013-2016...than i wasn't play much. And now i started to be more interested in that title. So i can't tell exact date. I basically figured it out now, but i had that content back than what i remember.

Thanks for all the info on this! Let's try clearing your Origin cache with the steps here, and once that's done, please run a repair on The Sims 3. To repair, you'll right-click The Sims 3 game tile in your game library, and you'll see the repair option there. 

Once you've tried that, let me know if you're still missing this content in-game.

Thank you for your suggestion. I deleted Origin cache(programdata and appdata folders) and than repaired The Sims 3 game. 

I'm still missing full "Katy Perry's Sweet Treats" dlc and "Showtime Katy Perry Collector's Edition" bonus items.

@Reame33  Just to clarify, the bonus items from the Showtime edition of Katy Perry are only provided through the old Sims 3 site; they're not going to show up in Origin.  If they're not in your purchase history, then I don't think there's anything you can do, unfortunately.  It may not be possible for EA support to add the items to your account.

For Katy Perry Sweet Treats, how many times is the pack listed in Origin?  How many times are your other owned packs listed?  When you look at your list of packs, are you definitely clicking on the regular Sims 3 icon, and NOT the one that says 64-bit and is Mac only?  (I ask because the entitlements can get bungled for the 64-bit version, but that doesn't affect the 32-bit version.)  When you open the launcher, do you see all your packs except for KPST?

Showtime Katy Perry: Yes, i get it that this items are only through Sims3 site as a bonus code to redeem, i don't know why they missing or why they are not showing up.

I see another potential question: "Did you redeem the code back than?" ____ You can definitely call me a liar if you want, but i remember having that KP poster in house. I don't share an account and I haven't played on another account either. I have only this one.



KP Sweet Treats: I posted again a screenshot of my library. I'm clicking on 32bit windows Sims3, this dlc is here only once. Other packs what i own are here three times. I don't know what that mean or why it is that way. I never played on mac.
-When i open launcher all packs are here except for KPST, it seems that KPST is not even installed as i say it's only "Unlocked", not "Installed".

@Reame33  I wasn't going to call you a liar, and I've heard too many other stories of store content disappearing to insist it can't happen.  All I'm saying is that I don't think EA support has any way of fixing it now.

For KPST, it's strange that the pack is only listed once in your library.  As you've seen, it's normal for owned packs to be listed three times, with some versions "unlocked" and at least one Download button—that's what I see for the Windows version and that's what others report as well.  (It's due to how the 64-bit entitlements were introduced and happened at that versions' release.)  I honestly have no idea why KPST is different for you or what might be done about it.  I'll leave that for EA_Solaire to investigate.  I was just trying to clarify in case there was some other issue that might be addressable.

I'm sorry I can't help any further or even explain the underlying cause.  All I can tell you is that I haven't seen this particular issue before now.
