Missing expansions

I have a similar problem, although I purchased my game and add-ons years ago on CD. They show on EA app as installed, but the add-ons do not show on the launcher. I've even checked the old The Sims 3 website, and that too reads me having the add-ons. I can play the basegame, but I have no add-ons in-game.

I've tried everything OP has as well, on multiple diffrent PCs.

I've tried contacting EA for help and guidance, but it's like I never made those help requests, they've just dissapeared.
