@RyryRay1217 If you still have the codes, contact EA customer support and ask for help again, this time specifically asking what happened to the content attached to the codes. If you don't have the codes, but you have access to a computer where the game was installed, you may be able to find them there.

Without the codes, and without access to the old discs, the only other way to recover the content is to find another account where you registered these packs. Try signing into the EA App with any email address you have access to; you can click "Forgot your password?" to get a password-recovery email.

Thank you so much for giving me that link! I was able to find my codes for all my expansion packs from my old PC!
However, I tried to contact EA support and they told me that because those codes were from my origin account (which has now been disabled to inactivity), there's no way to redeem on my current EA app account. ☹️

@RyryRay1217 That is odd, and disappointing. I'll ask around to see if there's anything else you or support can do and get back to you.

Hey there @RyryRay1217
If your original account was disabled due to inactivity, you'd need to reach back out to live support to see if this account can be re-activated- this isn't something we can look into over the forums with you as we don't have access to your specific account information.
I'd recommend you contact live support again to have them review this older account with you and explore your options, you can also attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team does have further information to reference.
