Please check both—sometimes a world will only show up in one place. Worlds can be downloaded from either one though. What the EA App says about your purchase is irrelevant.
As for customer support, please use live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a different category of issue. If you can't submit your request, use a different browser or a different device.
