Sims 3 32-bit CD discs with new MacBook Air?
Hello! I own a bunch of old Sims 3 (basegame and packs) CD discs that I don't think are connected to my current EA account. I also have a new computer, the MacBook Air m4, Tahoe. I know that these are not compatible, so I am wondering if it is possible for me to somehow be able to play the Sims 3 on my computer without having to pay for it in the EA app, since I do own the game already?
I have read that you can give the keys from the discs to the EA app, somehow, and that this will then allow me to download the 64-bit from the app for free. How does this work? And is it still applicable to me and my computer, since the post I read about this was from 2020 and another macOS? And does it work for all my packs, or just the base game disc?
Thank you in advance!
