Modeling career mod bug

So I'm trying out the modeling career. According to the mod all I need is the carreer mod from NRAAS which I have. Everyday my boss disappears. This career requires me to have a good relationship with the boss but it's impossible and now, job performance is going into the red.

It's the "modeling career revamped" mod from ModTheSims. Is the mod glitched? Is there a way to stop sims from quitting their job?
