i've purchased  MONTE VISTA and am now UNABLE to down load it...

    I was able to install it when i pulled up FIRE FOX...

i have internet explore but i also have crome, and fire fox...i just prefer explore...

    are you a mac user ?

      You probably need to un-install custom content! That worked for me!
