MONTE VISTA

I  bought Monte Vista. It installed successfuly but I cannot use the oven in the game because there are no actions. I have all updates, both Store and the game ones.

I reinstalled Monte Vista. Now there is the sign that it`s installed but the town doses`t appear in the game.

Attempted to load game - I was able to get to the point where it asked for the code number, entered the code number, read and checked the box saying I agreed to the terms and conditions but then the "redeem" button would not work - it didn't change color or react to the fact that I had entered the entire code number and clicked the box.

I bought the Monte Vista pack online which also gives me 100 sim points, I got the sim points but I can't find Monte Vista in my downloads or installled content and it doesn't appear in the main menue of my game. My game is up to date and I don't know what to do. Please help!

Should be there to download and install. If not, contact customer support

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
