Multiplayer ?

nope sims has always been single player game, also it was not designed to be a multiplayer game and pretty much the sims 3 is done with

the only way you can interact with your friends is by sending them presents in the mail or if  a few of you have the showtime ep sending a performer sim if you have one join the showtime career but even then they need to be a certain level before  the sim can be sent to tour their neighborhood or yours if they book a tour with you  even doing that you only get to watch the sim perform no interactions with them no way to actually "play" with them unless  if you wanted your friends sims in your game is download the sim from their mystudio and then add  the sim to your game to your game where you have control over them
