My account won't acknowledge that I've ordered The Sims 3 Dragon Valley

I need help! On December 25, I ordered the sims 3 dragon valley. On origin it then said to go to: "thesims3.com/dragonvalley", to recieve my ordered download. When I went to said website address it said that there was some sort of error, that there was no such thing. I retyped and retyped in this address to no such avail. I need some major help! I don't want to pay a second time for the websites "hiccup". I have and order reciept as proof and an order #. Any advice is welcome. I've tried to find som sort of way to contact Origins game support, but apparently there's no way. Or at least, that's what I've found. Help!
