My game jumps back to the dashboard without closing itself off

    Could be. Try restarting McAffee.

It's usually when an update or AntiVirus scan is running in the background.

Do have anything running ?

I only have McAfee running, but when I click on it, it says that the navigation to the webpage is cancelled. Could this have anything to do with my problem? By the way, thanks for your help.

    Could be. Try restarting McAffee.

        Do you have any other virus protection ? You really should.
