@graceymanors Have you set GeForce Experience to "optimize" your game settings, or is it possible GFE did that on its own? Is OneDrive running on this computer and possibly syncing your user data, including Options.ini?
If neither of these applies, try manually editing Options.ini to change one setting, and see if it sticks. The question is whether the file is being reset to max or is simply not accepting the changes you make in-game.
I havent checked GFE. But onedrive I have disabled/signed out. I dont likr onedrive lol. I eill peak around in GFE tonight. I dont mind gtaphics being high buy super water, high detailed lots snd draw distancr I likr on medium
