My Page won't register my my Origin Code

I Cannot get my registration code for Seasons expansion to the Sims 3. I bought the expansion on Amazon.com digital download and it went through origin for the download. I got a code and everything. So, I went to my sims page to register the game and it won't register the game. What do I do?
