My Prism Art Studio from The Sims 3 store isn't showing up for me s I can put it in my town

I am having trouble with the Prism Art Studio from The Sims 3  store. I install it, I get every single item that comes with the set except the Prism Art Studio venue. I have tried Installing it unins...

There's a folder called library in the documents folder. You need to move the file in there for the venue to show up. Close the game and re-start after copying/moving the file.

I have done all of those steps already. But it still didn't show up. Should I uninstall it then reinstall the venue again? Thanks!

    Try this file: 0xab0bc405fbc214ae4c44b52d92bca2bc.package

    Delete the other.

        Hm. Weird. Does any of your Store content show up ?

        Try installing the venue again and check if you have any new files in the library folder after doing so.
