Hi there,

I bought The sims 3 a while back and it says its for mac and pc. The one problem is I lost the disc, one of my friends told me if I download origin and redeem code, using my code, which I have, i could redownload the game? When I try it it says that this code has already been used. What should I do?

Have you already registered your game on the Sims 3 website? If you log into your Origin client with the same email and password, your games should be available there as well.
