My Promo Code has been used?

I pre-ordered Supernatural to get the Limited Edition Promo stuff and every time I try to input the code, it says it's already been used.  So i went into my Purchase History to look for it, but it's not in there either for me to download.  Just wondering what I need to do to get this fixed...

  • Are you sure you didn't mix up letters ? 2 and Z and 0 and O look very similar.

    If it's not that, you need to contact Customer Support.

    You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

    For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

    I did make sure on both counts... there's no O0 problem cos there are none of either, and the only 2 on there looks suspiciously like a 2.  I tried going to the contact us page, but the drop down for games doesn't have Supernatural as an option... the latest one on there is Showtime Katy Perry Special Edition...
