My roaring heights will not download

I have paid for roaring heights and followed all of the correct instructions, i went to purchase history and attempted to download the game and i clicked allow on my browser and it simply wont download and it does not show in Origin, i feel like i have wasted good mone on this and i am wondering how i get a refund ?
