My Sim Smells Nasty Smells 24-7

Hello,

My sim has the disgusting smell from dirty surroundings mood. Every thing is clean.

I even moved all his things out in to the garden and looked everywhere in his house, there is nothing.

I checked the refrigerator for spoiled food. checked the toilet, sinks, trash bin, laundry basket. all are clean.

I sent him to Egypt and he still had that smelly mood.

It says it expires in 10 minutes but, it never expires.

He even has that smelly mood at his work in the park at the store everywhere he goes he is always complaining of stinky smells.

I tried the resetsim. He did reset back to his house but, he still has the disgusting smell mood.

How can I make him get rid of that disgusting smell mood?
