My sim won't deliver object in China

My sim is in China and doesn't have specific interactions. Wouldn't by food and doesn't deliver the object in the adventures system. I've uninstall and reinstall, I've changed graphic card and hard disk. Don't have Mods, only Store contents. What now? Please say something! English or portuguese. Thank you.
