My sim won't move from its bed

Basically my sim was in bed one night then that morning she wouldn't get out, you could hear her walking round the house and talking to other sims but she was frozen in a sleeping position like she's in a bed but there's nothing underneath her she's just floating its so annoying someone please help??!!

have you tried the reset sim cheat ?

ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim * (hit enter ) this will reset all sims inculdeing your own

to reset one sims ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type resetsim first name last (of your sim ) hit enter for example my sin is named John Dear i type in resetsim John Dear
