slypickleee Did you ever use the Sims 3 Store or Exchange? If so, you would have needed to register at least one code in order to gain access. You could have used a different email address and also chosen a username that was not related to the email. Registering a code on that site counts too, since it's tied into the same overall EA database.
The problem here is that if you can't gain access to the other account, for example if it were tied to an email you still had access to so you could reset the password, there's nothing the EA support reps can do to help you. They don't have the power to remove codes from one account to allow them to be used on another, and deactivating one account doesn't free up the codes either.
