I just want you to try another savegame to see if you have the same issue there.
If you removed all your files, some content might be missing and you will need to redo this if you save your usual game in that State.
So a completely new game (it will have nothing of your old one) will give us an indication if the issue is still there (it might even be related to that savegame).
Once the problem is identified, you can go back to your other game.
(in my opinion, your computer is not made for gaming though)
