sims 3 crash in riverview ,too
Try lowering all setting to the very minimum and update your graphic drivers.
There's no other way to get a Sim into a new town other than saving them to the bin or using the move option on the phone (but I guess that will crash your game too).
Was the riverview game a totally new one ?
Which expansion packs do yo have ?

im glad you still try to help me(im quite depressed)
I managed it to let my sim go to the the new town, at a moment the crash was a bit later.
, but then then there was a crsh when i finisched place her house.:mansad:😕mileyindifferent:yes The riverview was a new one {i took it by the newgame btton in main menue,and selected riverview in the line wiht the cities.}The only old is my sim.
I will try to update the grafic drivers ,the options are low in all important grafic points allready.
