@zeetopia It's happening because for some reason the babies are born with something on that isn't for a baby. Once the baby becomes a toddler you can have a sim carry them to a dresser & set them done in front of it.Switch to the toddler & click on the dresser & select plan outfit. You'll find that it's wearing something like an adult shirt & tall boots, or the gray horse costume thing. Change their all their outfits & shoes & it'll fix it. Unfortunately you can't do anything with them while they are a baby.
