@4nnabanana03 Is your computer a pc or mac? If a pc did you login to OneDrive like Microsoft wants you to. OneDrive is to sync user data with other computer(s). I don't use OneDrive so I have it disabled. Every time Windows updates, the update activates the annoying notification to sign into OneDrive. Microsoft really, really wants you to use OneDrive. Microsoft has invested a lot of money in a huge data center and want you to use cloud storage so they can charge you for it. OneDrive checks for new data in the user documents folder and then prepares that data to sync with other computer(s). This make the game user data unavailable to the game. You need to configure OneDrive to ignore the EA user folder for the game or just don't log in.
