You've posted this several times now. Technically, EA does not support custom content, and generally doesn't give tips on it (other than to remove it).
If your computer doesn't run the game as smoothly as you would like, then removing custom content really is your best bet. You may not like how your Sim looks without, but if your computer can't handle loads of content and playing at good quality, then you will have make a sacrifice of some kind until you can get a better computer.
