My Sims 3 store bought content will not install?

I just got my computer back from repair and update, so I had to install everything again, including my Sims 3. There was no problem installing, so after I'd finished installing I started downloading ...

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
