Nathiien As a test, please try playing in a new admin user account on your Mac. When creating the account, don't link your Apple ID (you can skip that step). Don't change any settings at all. Open the EA App and repair the game (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair), then see whether you can play.
The idea here is to find out whethere the issue is limited to your main account, perhaps something to do with your user settings, or is more global.
