sims 3 base game doesnot show up in sims 3 store website

Hello I bought sims 3 base game from steam recently and ea app automatically redeemed steam provided product code maybe because I linked my steam and ea account when I bought sims 4 base game from steam before purchasing sims 3 base game and my sims 3 store persona shows sims 3 base game icon greyed out but I purchased sims 3 dlc from steam yesterday and I entered dlc code on sims 3 store persona and it worked and sims 3 dlc  icon shows in color but sims 3 base game icon still  greyed out can anybody help me fixing this issue.
