My Sims are invisible and the action to move in are not there and pregnant women do not show a bump

My Sim was visible and now he is not I can not see him at all I can only see his skill icons. I have been playing the game on my computer for over a year now and never had this problem.

My Sims are married and their relationship meter is maxed out the Sim I want to move in has stayed over many times but the option to move in is never available they even have a baby together

When my Sims are pregnant they arch their back but no bump is available

    1. Have the Sim take a shower or change his cloth on the dresser
    2. Don't really have a solution to this one. Make sure not the choose anything from a different menu than the romantic one until it shows up.
    3. Your Sim is probably wearing clothing that is missing the mesh for the pregnancy. Are you using Custom content ? There's a few Store cloth that have that issue as well. Don't think you can change a pregnant sims cloth without mods.

    I'm having the same problem with my pregnant sims having invisible children. Use the cheat "Testingcheatsenabled true" to trigger the age to toddler then they will be visible and if there's any apperence or clothes glitches hold shift and press the sim to edit in change a sim!
