My sims can't progress past Romantic Interest!

I've just recently started playing the sims 3 again and I've noticed that my sims will not become more than romantic interests. No matter how full their relationship bar is, or how romantic they are,...

Neither of them have been in a prior relationship, and yes I've only used romantic interactions.

Try if NRass Overwatch or ErrorTrap mod can do anything for you. Maybe the relationship corrupted.

The mods should be able to help you. I can't link here so just google.
