My Sim's hair got removed from the store, no longer downloadable?

His hair is no longer available on the store, and I can't seem to find anything else that works since I was going for a particular look with this one. It also no longer shows in the Items tab on the page where you download him. He's got a shaved head by default now, even though the static images show him with the now-defunct hair. I've already removed and re-installed all store content. Is this particular hairstyle gone forever?
That hair if i recall right is from an stuff pack high end loft stuff , if you do own that pack then check in your launcher expansion/stuff packs that the pack is ticked in for play otherwise if not ticked in the items associated with the pack will not load up hence your sim being bald and or an in game message items missing will be replaced with default. If you don't own the pack then the style will not be added to your games and therefore default items occur.
