My sims wont move and I can't switche between them

I just redownloaded everthing overnight and now when I load up my family I cant switch between the because their faces are missing and they won't move at all. Someone help😕mileyfrustrated:

    hit ctrl shift c and it wll open up the cheats menu the from there type in resetsim <first name> <last name>
