My supernatural functions don't work

I downloaded Supernatural and went in to create  a Sims and even though it has all the options , they don't show up. (my fairy has no wings, my werewolf never changes,etc...) I read somewhere it could be from something I might have downloaded so I removed all my games and downloads and redownloaded all my games but no CC but still none of my supernatural stuff is working, also it does not it does not show any of the new traits any ideas what might be wrong? I have downloaded all the patches.

    I don't know what Helper Monkey is, and wouldn't anything I downloaded into the game have been removed when I uninstalled all my games from my computer?

    The uninstaller only removes files the game put on your computer. If you've added a mods folder to programs, that is not removed unless you manually delete it.

    But if you haven't, it was just an idea.

    As for your issue, I'm clean out of any other suggestions at the moment. Maybe someone else has one.
