My teen sim won't stop sneaking around nor will he learn to drive

I think it is the sneaking that prevents learning to drive. I tried resetting him. He got in trouble so much for going to school while grounded that he never stopped sneaking even when he was no long...

    Random thing to try that might do something.

    1. Open your cheat console
    2. Type in: testingcheatsenabled true
    3. hit enter
    4. go to the sim and while holding shift and ctrl down - click on him
    5. choose edit sim
    6. make him a different age and exit CAS
    7. he'll be all distorted - so reset him (assume you know how to do that)
    8. then go ahead and do exactly the same process above - but make him a teenager again

    Has he stopped sneaking around?

I have tried this many many times, makes no difference either. Wish there was a mod to correct this. moved houses, reset more times than i can count, lost a trait because of the age up and back down(got it for nerd influence) edited whole family in town mode as well. Idk what else to do.

also lost all my influence points & and all my rewards i had bought, as well as loosing my celeb levels and girlfriend was now not even a friend! do not try the above suggestion to fix it
