@meowbluegirl Do your werewolves still have the moodlet associated with the full moon? (I think it's called "feral instinct" or similar; hovering over it should show it's from the full moon.) This can happen if you save during the evening of a full moon.
The way to fix it is to remove the moodlet. Even without mods, you can cheat it away: open the cheats console (crtl-shift-C) and enter "testingcheatsenabled true" without quotes, then crtl-click on the moodlet in question.
