I purchased the Sims 3 starter pack and recieved an email saying I would be able to download the games on Origin via the My Games tab. After downloading Origin, my games are not in the My Games tabs. Where can I get access to them? I would like to start playing the game I purchased.
try log out of origin and back in to origin this can get the games to refresh/reload
i bought the bundle with hidden springs , monte video , and a chocolate fountain and it made me enter my key on the sims3.com ( even tho i bought them off origin) . However , after they showed up in my Sims3.com purchase history, every time i click download they dont do anything except the origin application is selected and the screen switches to Origin, but NOTHING happens on origin

the games bought in origin are downloaded from orign once regestired in orign they auto regestir for you on the sims 3 account your origin account and the sims 3 ccount use the same email and password

worlds even if bought in origin or on a disk are downloaded from the sims 3 purchase history
see if crin's tip will work for you it worked for someone else to download the store worlds that were bought from origin which kept doing the same as yours

Try the following, start Origin and click play so that the launcher is running.
Now go to your purchase history on thesims3.com (or the world websites) and click download [q/]
