bought sims3 for pc used, seller says we can get free new ones from EA. Is this true and how?

DayniteLatearly No, that's not true, and I don't know where the seller got that information. EA policy is very clear: game cannot be transferred or sold to another person, and secondhand purchases are not supported at all. So your only move here is to get your money back.
