New EA App Sims3 Downloading and Opening sims 3 launcher error?

Would it be possible to have an update about the error message of  "Your game failed to launch"" An error on our end and caused your launch to fail. Try again later." Several EA tech stated my issue was the first one they had heard of. Repair game did not work either. Note the error report ID was not working for EA app report note on of the 4 should in case file or email info . My pc is up to date. Ran dxdiag  stated no problems noted while app was install. Re installed Origin working fine. 

Adding photos of id reports & Error 10-08-22 -10,10-10-22 X2,10-12-22. Just as side note the sims 3 create pattern will save to file folder will not upload with EA app. When using the create a world it will let me create what is in my files already.  To use in game mode to see if thing are there, it ask for origin to upload game will not start an then blanks out.  For me: will copy my files and rename then an adding to my desktop the new copy.  

  

Also  not able to game offline with sim3 at all with the EA App

    Here is what work for my sims3 game. 

    : Uninstalled The EA App. an removed them  from documents folder and download manager as well. No Origin files either.

    Next external hard drive(many sims & builds can't be too safe) back up sim3 folders, saves, sims saves, collection files, library, downloads, mods, installed worlds, world caches.  Move copies on the desktop to 2 folder spilt up as back up. Will change out later with the new ones.

     :Next type add or remove look for the sims 3 right click uninstall.  (The EA app has the info) Once finished empty trash. restart pc. The Create a pattern an or World do not touch or delete as for now. Will check later. If it's an issue sims 3 store page should have updated too.

    :Go to the EA app web page download or https://www.ea.com/ea-app

    Eset would not download the link on the forum page.

    : Once install go to setting before doing anything click application place on off( All)  Update: settings  mark  application update on Next  notifications off * in-game overlay on* accessibility  off. 

    Next look up game sims3 enter should bring you download screen/manage add on. Would not download the expansion and or stuff so just x out. Open app again should have the sims 3 tile click manage add on. Download packs. Once completed click play!

     : Launcher is ready. Do not sign in on the launcher.(it was having issues) Instead go:  https://store.thesims3.com   This issue fixed itself for this pc. Browers gc with the duck. Is what works for this pc. Yours may be different.

    Sign in go to history download installer from the launcher.

    Launcher/installer stalled out a couple of times. Still downloading from sims3 store.

    For now will not be adding backups yet. Wait an see. Let me know how it goes for you!

  • Update am: Sims3store seem to be down now. The beautiful blue screen!  Launcher is still a no go.

  • I've been having this problem as of today, It's uninstalled all my CC, my saves are gone and the resolution has reset. On top of this some of my expansions aren't showing despite paying a lot of money for them and for weeks EA are telling me they are aware of this problem and it's being fixed as we speak however this is the third time they've told me this and im now wondering if they're lying to us.

    @sims51611  It looks like all Windows users have been force-migrated to the EA App now.  So we'll all need to get used to using it.

    If you're having a specific issue, please describe it in detail.  Please also post a screenshot of any error message you see.

  • I am having the same error & it won't launch. I opened a case, waiting to hear back. From all of the forums I've read this has been happening since 2021.
