mxclifforconda​  Does this happen in Sunset Valley too?  It shouldn't happen in Bridgeport either, but the world has some issues, so it's worth testing elsewhere.

Please also let me know whether it helps to take your computer offline before you play.  You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi before launching the game.
