New laptop how can I transfer Sims?

My new laptop does not have a CD drive, I tried downloading origin and clicking 'Redeem code' however when I enter my codes it says they've already been used? I don't want to re-purchase all my games! How can I solve this please?!

when you downloaded origin did you use a different email and password for the origin account ? origin and the sims3 use the same email and password so try to log into origin with your the sims 3 email and password then go to the my games tab and download your games
