New registration codes.

Can I get two new registration codes for my Sims 3 and Sims 3: Pets games? I have the two games downloaded from Steam and I can't seem to register them on the Sims 3 site because the codes that Steam...

So I took your advice, and it got me no where. EA has not got back to me in about 3 days after writing them an e-mail which told me that they would respond within 24 hours... My outlook on EA was never a good one, and now this just writes it in stone. I thank you again for your help, you were more help than EA would ever or will ever be.

Have you tried live chat at all ?
Make sure you choose US as your country.
