New world will not download

I purchased the world "Midnight Hollow" (standard) through the sims 3 store.
When I open the launcher and try and install it nothing shows up in the dowloads. 
Then I get an error message telling me to view the log.  I can't find said log.

    The error message reads: "There was an error while downloading content.  Please see the log for more details."

    Make sure your game is updated to 1.67 (you can check on the launcher, lower left corner)

    If that is the case, the log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

    Here is the log, thank you for the info on where to find it.  My current game version is 15.0135.018001  when I click on game update it says I am up to date.

    Thank you SO much for your help.  :D
    Even though my game launcher was saying my game was up to date, it was not. 
    The superpatch worked and now "Midnight Hollow" and the standard pack have downloaded to my game.
    Thank you again, without your help I'd be nowhere and getting mad 🙂
