I’m having this problem to I purchased roaring heights multiple times it said in game content instead of installed can’t figure out why

I had the same issue, but I think I’ve figured it out!
Go to the order confirmation email you received for your purchase — there should be a redemption code.
Log in to TheSims3.com with your EA account, then go to “My Store Account” > “Redeem a Code.”
Enter your code and redeem it.
While still under “My Store Account,” click “Purchase History.” (It took about 3 minutes for my purchase to show up.)
Click Download, and it will open the Sims 3 Launcher.
In the launcher, go to the Downloads tab, check the box next to your new purchase, and click Install.

I had the same issue. Contacted EA Support via chat and eventually it endem with a refund - it's a 'technical issue' that they are aware of and these worlds bundles are not playable
