No registration code in Island Paradise?

I purchased Sims 3: Island Paradise Limited Edition today and I cannot find a registration code anywhere. Clearly, I see the limited edition code; however, the code to install the actual game is not ...

    the code should be on the back of the black and white booklet top of the page if not then return it to the shop with your receipt for an exchange if you can or contact CS

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
