"No Show" Packs

My EA app says that I have the sims 3 late night expansion pack and high end loft stuff downloaded onto my pc. however, when I go to open the game, i click the expansions and packs icon and i scroll and don't see either of them installed. I cleared my cache on the EA app and I repaired my sims 3 game (and packs) and it still doesn't show high end loft stuff and late night in my game. 

(i do have the actual CDs for high end loft stuff and late night, but i cannot find the thing to allow me to install them through CD, my laptop doesn't have one lol, but I just don't want to manually download it from a CD if I don't have to.) Please Help!!!

    Hey ShelbyR71056​, 

    Just to confirm, are the files for the two packs located in the same folder as your other visible DLCs? 

    And do the transactions for Late Night and High End Loft Stuff appear in your Order History page, or were you accessing the packs through a subscription, such as EA Play? 

    If you had a subscription that has since expired, but also owned the packs outside the subscription, it might be worth connecting with our live support team to see if everything is reflected properly on the account side of things. Unfortunately, we can't discuss or change account information here on the forums, so you'll need to check with an advisor.
