no sims supernatural registration code in email
My sims 3 supernatural game did have the code in the confirmation email. I have the order number.

despite that message see if this will work for you in the origin my games tab hover the mouse over the game icon then click on the i a window should pop open with your code on it or right click the game icon-view game details a window should pop open with your code on it
to download your games, hover the cursor (your mouse) over the game you want (you can also click on them or right click on them) and select download
