I was cleaning out my laptop of programs I no longer need. I found the Sims 3 & a couple expansions packs that I have uninstalled months ago. There is no EA folder & when I try to re-uninstall it, it won't & shows the same error message telling me to report. I have searched thru the whole laptop that has anything to do with The Sims 3 program & deleted them, if it was a good idea I have no clue... Help me!!
you might have left over files and registry keys and possiably something in the hidden folders

So where did you find it if it's nowhere to be found ?
Thank you for the advice but I followed all the steps with the ccleaner, even went thru the advanced steps & I keep getting the same error message...
