Thanks for the advice but it did not work.
So where did you find it if it's nowhere to be found ?
I found The Sims 3 program & 3 expansion packs all in the Programs & features of the control panel.
Thank you for the advice but I followed all the steps with the ccleaner, even went thru the advanced steps & I keep getting the same error message...
An error (-5005 : 0x80070002) has occured while running the setup.
